Zintle Sono
Education Officer
Zintle Sono is a graduate from the University of the Western Cape, where she majored in Psychology, History, and Anthropology. Hailing from Langa, she has developed her leadership, public speaking, and organisational skills through her work with organisations such as Ilitha Labantu. Zintle is also a co-founder of New Hope, an after-school programme that supports children from Langa and Bonteheuwel. At the Desmond & Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation, Zintle serves as an Education Officer and Archivist for the Learning from Legacy programme, which aims to inspire youth by reflecting on the life and example of Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
